I ordered this candle for a friend whose dog just died. When the candle arrived, the seller had written a note referring to the dog and using his name twice. The problem was that she had spelled his name two different ways, so I had no way of knowing whether the engraved tag had the correct spelling. I tried emailing her twice but heard nothing in return. I finally gave up and had to destroy the gift wrapping I had paid for in order to make sure the name was spelled correctly. My problem is not with the product but with the inability to reach the seller with an issue. There was no phone number included so I had to use email, but without success. Beware if you have an issue that you may not receive a response from this seller.
The candle was given to me by someone when my dog passed. So when friends dog passed I was quick to order….took WAY to long. I know Covid and all. Also candle turns an ugly yellow over time.
My friend's Lab recently had to be put down at the age of t0. No matter the age, it's devastating when it happens to any dog. Lexi was so special as she was a pet therapy dog who volunteered with my Lab, visiting various healthcare facilities and colleges. I knew her mom needed something special to comfort her and honor this great friendship that we formed. Maggie's Light was the perfect gift! I had the name tag customized with a special saying. My friend cherishes the candle and it's a wonderful way to honor an important member of the family that is gone too soon.
My friend absolutely loved this creative & thoughtful gift.
Someone sent me one of these candles when I lost my dog and it was a great comfort. I still have it on display. I sent one to a friend and she also found it to be very special remembrance. Delivery was a little bit slower than I would’ve liked but not terribly. Overall well done.
